Adults Only
Bungalows Key Largo is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort. All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to stay at Bungalows.
Non-Smoking Resort
Bungalows Key Largo property and all accommodations are smoke-free, including e-cigarettes, with the exception of a designated smoking area at the end of Coconut Beach. Violations of these restrictions will result in a $250.00 smoking fee.
Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of a reservation including taxes is due at time of booking to confirm a reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 30-days prior to arrival. If reservation is booked within 30 days of arrival date, the full amount of the reservation is due at time of booking and the reservation is non-refundable.
If a cancellation in writing is received and confirmed by the resort 31 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date of a reservation, a $250 USD per reservation cancellation fee will be applied and the remaining deposit will be refunded.
Reservations become NON-REFUNDABLE 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of a reservation. Cancellations received 0-30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Some Promotional Rates may have different deposit and cancellation policies – please inquire at time of booking.
Advance Purchase Promotion is valid for new online reservations only. This promotion is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Florida Resident Rate is valid for new online reservations only. This promotion is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE. A valid Florida ID must be presented at check-in. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
If changing form of payment after deposit or payment has been made, please note there is a 10% processing fee.
The Bungalows Key Largo reserves the right not to provide exemptions from the cancellation policy above for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, travel delays or any other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to your stay
Gratuity Policy
Gratuity is not included in guest reservations. The Bungalows has chosen to reject standard resort protocol and not charge our guests a Resort Fee or pre-collect a set Auto-Gratuity for staff. We believe that our guests should have the freedom to decide how their gratuity dollars are spent based on the quality of service received. An itemized check totaling $0.00 for all items enjoyed at our food and beverage outlets will be presented at the end of each meal or time of service to provide guests the opportunity to leave a gratuity at their discretion.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM EST. A valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation and intended form of payment must be present at check in. Credit card must match the form of payment provided at the time of booking. As part of our procedures, a waiver is required to be signed at check-in. All additional guests must provide a valid photo ID to confirm their age.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM EST
Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy
The Bungalows Key Largo is an all-inclusive, adults-only resort (21+ only). All amenities, including food & beverage outlets, are included from 4:00 PM on your day of arrival until 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Early resort access or late resort access requests will be accommodated when available and will incur an additional cost. Please check with Front Desk to confirm availability.
- Limited Early Resort Access (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM) = $300.00 + taxes
Early access to all resort amenities without access to your Bungalow until our regular check-in time of 4:00 PM (limited availability). Price based on double occupancy.
- Limited Late Resort Access (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM) = $300.00 + taxes
Continued access to all resort amenities after checking out of your Bungalow at our regular check-out time of 11:00 AM. Our Bell staff can store your luggage until your departure (limited availability). Price based on double occupancy.
Dress Code for Dining Outlets
Resort Casual for Lunch Service: Sun dresses, bathing suit wrap or cover-up, sandals for Ladies (bathing suits must be covered), and shorts, sneakers or sandals for Gentlemen.
Evening Elegance for Dinner Service: Shorts/Pants and Blouse, Dresses, Sandals for Ladies and Dress Pants or Bermuda Shorts, Collared Shirt, Closed Toe Shoes for Gentlemen. *NO flip flops, tank tops, t-shirts, hats or swimsuits*
Single Occupancy
Our all-inclusive bungalows are designed to accommodate double occupancy and prices are set to accommodate two guests. We welcome single occupancy reservations at the same rate as double occupancy.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-transferable and may only be redeemed according to the terms of issuance. Gift cards/certificates have no cash value. Please note that gratuities are not included when redeeming gift cards/certificates awarded to non-profit organizations for the purpose of fundraising; staff gratuities are the responsibility of the card/certificate holder. Travel Insurance
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance to protect your investment once accepting the terms & conditions of Bungalow’s cancellation policy by executing a reservation.
Dining Reservations
Dinner reservations are required for all Food & Beverage outlets. In order to provide you with a great dining experience on your preferred date and time, we strongly recommend making all reservations prior to your arrival at Bungalows. Guests staying a minimum of 4 nights are guaranteed to dine at Bogie & Bacall’s at least 1 night during their stay. All guests staying 3 nights or less can purchase upgraded access to Bogie & Bacall’s Dining Experience.

Any package(s) shipped to Hotel must be addressed to the guest listed on their individual reservation. All packages received are subject to Hotel receiving fees. Receiving fees are charged per package and based on weight. For any item(s) shipped by the Hotel, guests are responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $20.00 handling fee. Parking
Valet parking is included. Parking is for guest vehicles only and is restricted to passenger cars.
We cannot accommodate parking for RVs, boats, trailers, or any other oversized vehicles. We cannot accommodate the dockage of boats at our docks and/or anchoring by our docks. Please contact us for recommendations on local marinas.
Pet Policy
We do not allow pets on our property or in guest bungalows. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a $250 fine and/or the forfeiture of your reservation deposit.
Service animals that are trained to perform a task directly related to a person’s disability are allowed. The service animal must accompany its handler at all times and cannot be left unattended in the bungalow. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal. Any damage to resort property or the bungalow will incur additional charges. One ADA certified service animal is permitted per bungalow.
A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. Per the ADA, if a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.
Emotional support, comfort, therapy and companion animals are not recognized as service animals under Title III of the ADA and therefore not allowed on property or in guest bungalows.
Resort Guests Only
To maintain the privacy of our guests at Bungalows Key Largo, our property, facilities, restaurants, and spa are exclusively for registered resort guests only. We do not offer day passes. No outside guests or visitors allowed.
Outside vendors such as photographers, make up artists, hair dressers, etc. are not allowed without prior approval received by Management and subject to additional fees.
