The Easter Celebration will continue with Brunch served in Bogie & Bacall’s Steakhouse Restaurant and will begin with offerings including chilled snow crab, chilled blackened shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, scallop carpaccio, local fish ceviche, and traditional accompaniments.
The brunch will continue with your choice of caviar on toast point with deviled quail egg, or Greek yogurt crème brûlée with fresh fruit and granola, or a fresh salad with butter lettuce, heart of palm, heirloom tomato, baby artichoke, and champagne vinaigrette.
